16th C Mantle Gorget

This is a very comprehensive gorget which makes a great foundation/attachment point for pauldrons or spaulders. It is held closed by a spring pin and a slotted keyhole stud arrangement. It can also be made with circular top neck opening to allow a turning joint at the neck of certain helmet types.
